GGTP

I am a 62 year old woman, 5'2" 138 lbs.  I have the following medical situations:
          
             I have been diagnosed to have fatty liver for the past 5 years.    I do not drink alcohol.  
            
             GGTP = 165 U/L
             AST    =  29 U/L
             ALT    =  39  U/L
             Total Bilirubin =  1.6 mg/dl
             Total Protein  =   8.4 g/dl

What can I do to decrease the above results?
