Gilberts syndrome, why is it difficult to get a gastro doctor to diagnose it ?

I have bloodwork from 2003 to 2021
and have had symptoms exactly like Gilberts for ll months
gotten worse each day. What does one need other than blood work
from two doctors and symptoms of  extreme bloating, pain, heaviness like a brick
in abdomen, yellow pale skin at times, sick after eating any type of food or
any amount.

next question..what eating plan to follow and how to get the extreme bloating and pain lowered ?
I felt it was important to have it diagnosed as there are certain medications to avoid and also estrogen
if one has gilberts syndrome..
