Liver Transplant: Elevated GGT and Alkaline Phosphatase

My mother had liver failure and the cause was like unknown. She (mother) had a living donor liver transplant here in Delhi, India. Surgery happened 16 months back. One month back the doctor lowered the dose of Pangraf from 2.5 or 3 mg (twice a day) to 2 mg. She had blood tests yesterday (i.e. after one month of lowering Pangraf dose level). The report is perfect except for these two readings - that is, her Alkaline Phosphatase is 650 and GGT is 1200 - which are very high. After seeing the report today, Doctor has increased Pangraf dose back to 3 mg and also added (she was not prescribed this for last many months) Wysolen (a corticoid?) (20 mg) in her list of daily medicines. Is this a sign of serious liver problem impending?

She was thoroughly tested and came negative, and as I said, the cause for failure remained unknown
