NEED HELP

I had a blood test a week ago and when i got the test result,i found out that my SGPT is on high(should be between 0-49,while it was 57). Im 25 and this has kinda feared me. I'm around 86 kg's and am on a diet and trying hard to lose weight. What else would you recommend on this issue?

Also I must add to this that my grandfather(fathers side)did have liver problems. In other words it runs in my fathers side. Does this also have an impact?Though my father has had no problems with his liver.

the test is a bit elevated but not to a worrisome level.  The most common cause of abnormal liver tests is fatty liver so if you can lose some weight it might normalize the lab abnormality.
