What Liver Enzymes levels signify serious liver damage? I am getting a lot of different information,

The main ones are ALT and AST and if both of them are elevated, that indicates very likely liver damage.
Additional testing involves GGT, Alkaline Phosphatase, 5’ Nucleotidase.
When bile flow is obstructed or sluggish, these enzymes are elevated.
The problem with these tests is that it could be the liver, the gallbladder
or the bile ducts. So further investigation is necessary.
You may be getting conflicting information, one reason being that Labs
have different reference ranges and another reason might be because the names of the tests have changed, yet the old names are still used. IDN.
