Possible liver cirrhosis

I am a soon to be 35 year old white male
I have been a binge drinker off and on since my late teen years. Over the past several years I have had upper right quadrant that has increased in frequency. The pain radiates through my back and often to my right shoulder blade. I have had several rounds of liver focused blood tests and my total bilirubin has hovered at 2.5 while all other markers have been normal. My doctor believes I may have Gilberts disease. I've had two ultrasounds since 2013 and both have shown a perfectly healthy liver. However, the one I had 10 months ago showed a 3mm sludge ball in my gallbladder versus polyp. The upper right quadrant pain is much worse on an empty stomach and feels better after eating
Lately the bottoms of my feet have begun to itch and my palms seem red (much more pronounced after I read about those as cirrhosis symptoms on the net if you know what I mean). A lot of morning sickness as well. Should I fear cirrhosis? Already have stopped drinking alcohol completely.

It sounds like it could be corrosive of the liver. You must get this checked out before it worsens.
