SGPT LEVEL

My SGPT level is 208mg/dl. Kindly let me know how to get it in range. And the diet to be followed. My company health policy says it has to be in range as required to be. What could be the cause for such high levels ???
A week before i had muscle spasm due to excess of weight lifting in gym. And as a result i ended up taking pain killer (Flexon-MR) recommended  by a doctor. Can this be a cause to reflect the SGPT level high ????

Besides liver disease, which might be caused by, among other things, alcohol, obesity or Hepatitis, ALT levels might be raised also by strenuous exercise, a shot or injection of medicine into the muscle tissue.

Some drugs or natural supplements may also raise ALT levels.

I think you would be wise to check with your doctor.
