two weeks back it confirmed that my liver affected by fat,and also started the medicine,but nw when i test my alt and ast its over 300,is it curable or will lead to cirhossis,,,pls reply

Has anyone identified the cause of the fatty liver? Once you do, you can usually turn it around.  Do you drink? Are you on any medications?  There is usually a root cause, so ask your doctor if you're not sure.

The only treatment that I know of for fatty liver is a low fat healthy diet.
