frequent elevated liver enzymes and elevated ANA titer above 1.80

i have a multitude of symptoms upper  r quadrant pain bowel change habits, fowl taste in mouth, extreme fatigue, chronic pain all over muscle spasms, headaches, dark urine i am quite concerned that no one seems to be able to give me any answers. Can you help/

You say frequent elevated liver enzymes...So, you do receive medical care?

Don's advice is good. You should see a Dr. if you aren't already...but I assume you do because you know some of your test results, right? So, what did your Doctor tell you?
Do you know what condition you are suffering from?
