Have high liver enzymes, no known...can it be related to lyme disease?

hello,
I am a 21 year old female. I recently started having dark orangish red urine. I thought I had gross hematuria...turned out to be urobiliglobin (4.0) my ALP is 515 Ast 306 ALt 363. I ended up going to the hospital due to acute memory loss. Lasted around 10mins with 30 mins of confusion afterwards. They ran my blood my ast dropped down to 186 apt raised to 389. They did a gallbladder ultrasound ct scan of my head and next day had a liver ultrasound. Everything came back normal. They are not sure what is causing it. I have abdominal pain, severe pain under my right shoulder blade, headaches and so on. I am negative for hepatitis and mono. I was diagnosed with lyme disease 6months ago. Still haven't received treatment will be starting beginning of September. Can my high liver enzymes be related to the lyme disease? Any information would be greatly appreciated!
