plz tell me what is the main cause of increase in sgot and sgpt?

Dear sir,

I'm 21 year old . HLA B27 +ve ,
I had taking INDOCAP SR since 6month daily 1tab
Now according to doctor's advise I have done sgot and sgpt test
S.G.O.T 54 U/L and SGPT 103

Now I am not taking indocap sr  According to doctors advise for 2 week

I want to know actual conditions of my liver.

Hi, you are very young to have an increase in your levels.  I assume that you are saying the doctor said to wait two weeks after stopping medication and get tested again.
That is a good idea.  Medication can increase both of these numbers.  An increase means that your liver is inflamed or not working well.
Try to increase your water intake, try to eat whole food, not processed.  Recheck in two weeks as your doctor advised
