Hello and hope you are doing well.
The symptoms mentioned could be due to parasitic infestation, as suggested above. But sometimes right upper quadrant pain and white stool could indicate disorders in the liver or gall bladder. If she has jaundice then it could point towards an obstructive disorder like gall stones.
For ruling out the possible cause of her symptoms, she will have to consult a General Physician, who would examine her and advise stool analysis, blood tests for liver function tests and maybe to do an abdominal ultrasonography to rule out hepatic enlargement or any stones in the gall bladder.
Hope this helped and do keep us posted.
It sounds indeed like parasites. You should get a deworm tablet from a pharmacy, since it is hard to kill tapeworms with special food. The tablets should contain mebendazole or albendazole.
To help getting rid of them, the diet should be low on sugars and starches, high on fibre, very high on garlic. best fruits are papayas including the seeds (chew them well, they taste peppery), pineapples and pomegranates. Thyme, turmeric, garlic, hing, fenugreek, cayenne, parsley and cinnamon are slightly antiparasitic spices. Pumpkin seeds are good, too, as well as grated carrot and soymilk.
But it is important to get the medication to kill the tapeworm head! Good luck
