Blood rest

I had a blood test because i havnt been feeling too well and had a few pains which floored me! Got the results back and the doctor couldnt really explain it to me and just booked me in to get more tests done at the hospital.
I am not a doctor/nurse/medical person so I have no idea what the following means -
ALP- 228
GGT- 167
AST- 846
ALT- 869

Is there anyone that can explain why they would be so high?

What tests specifically need to be done to see if a person has any of the four hepatitis viruses?  Can you please give me the abbreviations? The reason I ask is that I had some blood work done 1 month for another a bladder infection ( negative) and I want to see if the tests to indicate hepatitis were covered.  I believe they included liver enzymes but I want to make sure.

LAs year I was exposed to blood dust on my lips after stupidedly going to a beauty spa for injections to my lips.

Thank you very much and thank you for your time in helping out people on this site - your an angel.

you should have the liver tests repeated--this can be done by your primary care doctor.  You should have tests for viral hepatitis and to rule out autoimmune hepatitis, which is something that affects young women and can cause fatigue.

Thanks for replying. What are they and by the sound of asap I guess they are bad? I'm waiting on the hospital to get back to me with an appointment time, I reckon it won't b for few weeks. What kind of tests should I get done? I don't take drugs, hav been with my husband for 10yrs and besides having asthma and feeling like crap (tired, emotional) for the last few mths I'm a healthy person. I guess when I get sick I'm in bed for a few days it's just not a brush off the shoulder thing I can keep working with. Anyway I guess without meeting me you can't really say much else! Thanks for replying.

these liver tests are concerning and warrant further evaluation ASAP.  This could be a drug-induced liver injury, viral hepatitis or autoimmune hepatitis.
