Treatment time with incivek triple

Will you be prescribing 6 month treatment  on triple therapy with in incivek for people who have stage 4 early child, cirrhosis, treatment naive with a CC ILB28 and have undetectable VL on  week 4th and weelk 12  or will you be prescribing 48 weeks of treatment?

If I go with the 24 week. What are my odds and do they have enough information to support a good out come for 24 weeker's

there is not a lot of data here.  as people with cirrhosis have lower SVR rates to start with,  I think they should go with the full 48 weeks.
