liver disease

need help with my husband he has hep c  the treatment did not work he has scerossis of the liver and was recently released from the hospital from pancreatitis he has been hallucinateing recently one night so sever he riped out ivs and fled from the hospital the dr said his amonia levels arnt up so not realated his urine is so brown the dr said not realated. he has horrable stabbing pain and burning in right side dr said might be due to pancreas not sure he has lost 45 pound in 32 days he sweats thend has chills at same time wont eat confuused. heeither sleeps for days then awake for days he is only 49 yrs old .i dont know what to do feel like im watching him slowly die do you have any suggestion

i do not think he should attempt further antiviral therapy right now but should consult a liver transplant physician/center

Thats the dr hes been seeing is a gastroindenoligest,but just dont feel secure after his hep c treament test came back and he said it failed and he got so sick its kind of like he threw his hands in the air said i dont know what to do i'll sennd you toa pain specialist to control the pain.That leaves us saying what do we do next or what can we do next

if he has cirrhosis then i think he should definitely be evaluated by a liver specialist to see if a transplant is needed.  I am concerned about the weight loss and lover cancer must also be searched for.
