milk thistle is effective for liver cirrhosis?

Dear Doctor,
I've been suffering from liver failure disease for 15 years cause homeopathic med reaction. Now for 1year main symptoms unable eat much. before eating i think i can eat 1 plate but eating half i can't more. But, i can eat breakfast enough, not meal & dinner. Is symptoms of cirrhosis or anything. your valuable suggestion would be most appreciated. In this condition, milk thistle (harbal med) is effective for liver cirrhosis?

Thanks for your valuable reply. I'm taking blood pressure med in 2 times ( Losartan Potassium, Amlodipine). milk thistle can bad Interaction with these medicine pls?

there is no downside to using it, especially as it well tolerated and inexpensive.  there is no data however that it will reverse cirrhosis--you just continue to be screened for liver cancer
