plz explained me

Dear Doctor,
If you remember i sent a mail before now please see below my new lab result for LFT, and  let me know please bcz my (Globulin 3.67 g/dL 2.00 - 3.50
Bilirubin - Total 3.06 mg/dL up to 1.4 Spectrophoto.
Bilirubin - Direct 0.64 mg/dL up to 0.35 Spectrophoto are higher then normal) my question is that is it any indication of lever cancer bcz bilirubin and Globulin are little hihgler plz let me know, am waiting for you kind support,
