pain & swelling above collar bone on left side of neck

in past year I have had a "lipoma" develop on my left mid rectus muscle again (removed about 5 yrs ago). I also have had several ct scans due to development of granuloma in right mid lung that then became calcified, then hilar nodes became calcified, then mediastinal nodes became calcified. also lung nodule in left upper lobe, then another in right upper lobe (nodule). the last one I had also showed some linear areas of fibrosis or atelectasis in lung bases. Now I have swelling in my neck right above collar bone that is painful. just wondering what this could be from?
