I take magnesium supplements they seem to help little bit.  Also keep an eye on your calcium levels and take supplements if recommended by your dr.  CO Q 10 is also good but I had to stop taking it, it was keeping me up at night and I had major issues with insomnia.   My dr gives me Infusions, "Meyers Cocktail" , at my worst I would get 1-2 per week,  now I go in mainly right before my menstration time, I always get exhausted 4 days before hand.  Ask your dr if this is good for you as well.  In addition to sleepiness, if your pain and discomfort get bad, ask about a Methyl B 12 shot, not the plain B 12 for weight loss, but the Methyl version.  IT is a shot that is somewhat painful and burns alot at first but really helps with muscle pains and nervous system issues.  I have received one in my neck for facial numbness and neck pain, in my thigh for back of leg sciatia type pain.  One diet suggestion is to cut out the sugar!!  I dirink the O water, not too bad.    I am no expert but this is what my dr has done and suggested for me and it has helped me.  I only hope maybe some of these ideas may help you also.  There is a light at the end of the tunnel, and many hard days are ahead, but you can make it, it just takes awhile to get there.  Take care.

Yes, I was starting to think I was just getting lazier as the years went by until my diagnosis this week.  I allowed myself a two hr. nap today and didn't feel as guilty about it as I did before.  I have an excuse, i guess.  Some days I'm fine, others not so much.

In the beginning I was sleeping alot, it got to the point my kids would come back to the bedroom to kiss me goodbye in the morning before school.  I could not even lift my arms or sit up.  The morning was always the toughest.  I would then scrape myself up make it through until about 3-4pm then I would get tired again.  Next phase would be by 7pm I would just sleep anywhere, couch, floor, and honestly just immediately fall asleep, no fighting it.  Don't know if you mimic anything like this?  I tested negative but had the circular rash which thankfully got me the medication and treatment that I needed.   Do you have any other symptoms?
