Any Lyme Specialists out there who do first time patient phone consults?

My brother is too sick to drive the 90 minutes to the nearest lyme specialist. He has been all herbal for about a year but has taken some rough turns and is in desperate need of antibiotics. Does anyone know of any lyme specialists who might be willing to take on a new patient with only a phone consult (or a highly unlikely house call)?

Unfortunately, I don't, and given how much grief Lyme docs get just for treating patients face-to-face, I would doubt that a telephone-to-telephone consult would do -- and that goes not only for Lyme patients, but for all patients.  Can you or a friend or relative do the driving?

Part of the problem is that Lyme is often accompanied by other, separate infections, and over the phone, the doc would have no way of knowing that and knowing what to prescribe.  

Another alternative is an emergency room or walk-in clinic, but you don't know what responsethe doc would have to the Lyme diagnosis.
