When I'm up to it, yes, I can exercise. But sometimes I overdo it because I feel like it won't last and then -- like now -- I'm wiped out.
It seems to really help my neck. Unbelievable.
I think I lean forward at work and I've done this forever and now it really is painful.
The back of my head coincides with the dizzy spells from time to time.
I have neck problems too. I don't think I can pop mine though as it has been fused.
Are you really able to exercise vigorously? I wish I could do that.
I get a weird feeling in the back of the rounded part of my head. I know my brain can't feel itself, but I get odd sensations of vibration and tingling there. It's not usually painful, but it's distracting and unusual.
I try to exercise regularly. Usually it is a low start, but once I get going I think that it does help a lot with my inflammation. If I feel too sick to exercise for a few days, I feel notably worse and I start to seize up more and struggle more with walking and stairs.
Not sure if this is much like the pain you posted about?
