chills/goosebumps

Does anyone get a goosebump chill? It's kind of hard to explain. For example, if I have an itch somewhere and I go to itch it..right after I get this chill sensation through my whole body..legs, arms, cheeks. It lasts like one second and goes away. It happens randomly. Oh another example would be when someone puts thier nails on a chalkboard but not as unpleasant.

I know, I know...sounds crazy. :)

I got this during my first "flare" two years ago.  I would get the goosebumps for not apparent reason.

Yes I get these out of the blue, for no reason at all.  It's neurological.  I'll feel the hairs stand up and see goosebumps on the side of leg for example.
