Is this bullseye Lyme disease? No other symptoms

Last August I noticed what to me looks like a bullseye rash on my hand. I went to the doctors at the time and he looked in a book and mentioned Lyme's but said it was too early to do a blood test and to see if the rash disappeared. The rash went after a week or two (can't remember now) so I thought no more of it.

I'm in the UK had been for a walk a few days earlier with the dog (always out everyday with the dog but I remember this one more vividly). There were loads of midges flying about but I don't recall going into any long grass, it was more of a footpath but there are trees at each side.

It's only this week I heard something on the news about Lyme Disease and remembered the bullseye. I've no other symptoms aside from a sore back which I have had since before the rash appeared and is being treated with physiotherapy. I've been told this is a posture issue and she can feel stiff joints and muscle spasms but this is very mild.

I've hopefully attached links to the pics I took last year. You may need to zoom out as one is quite blurry. The rash didn't get any bigger than this. I'm sure it started off as just a red bump but then I remember the outer ring appearing. I think I remember it being itchy.

Do I need to go back to the doctors about this? I'm worried I've now done irreversible damage by not going back even when the rash disappeared. I don't remember a tick bite and think I would have seen something on my hand? I'm really panicking now.

Thank you in advance for any help.

I would go back to the doctor and have them do blood work. I got tested and I am maybe almost positive for Lyme disease but I didn't have the bulls eyed mark I broke out in many bumps. I've been to two doctors so far still don't know exactly what it is.  I wish you luck!!! Need to get it treated before it affects other parts of your body like organs and nervous system.!
