Was shared this link recently of Yolanda Foster accepting an award.  It made me cry, as it was so familiar.  Thought I'd share her inspiring speech with you.

Wow, had no idea about Oprah, this is so bad (evil) now if she only had Lyme, the world would notice.

Mojogal, I thought the same thing when she announced she had chronic Lyme.  Selfishly, I was thinking "yay!  Maybe people will start taking this diagnosis more seriously."  However, since then I have discovered that Oprah was diagnosed with Hashimoto's many years ago and diagnosis and treatment for it is just as bad as chronic Lyme still today.  If Oprah can't make headway... God help us all:(

Hey, Jackie!!!  I'm actually much improved since 4 months ago;). Thanks for asking!  I still get really bad throat infections (which is weird considering my abx cocktail) and the tremor and weakness and heel pain is still pretty bad, but the horrible brain fog is nearly gone!  Can you believe it?  I think the LDN really helped with the brain fog and energy.  I have even been having to skip the LDN some nights because it gives me too much of a "caffeine type" high.  My lymph nodes are still large, but no longer painfully growing.  Woo hoo!  I finally stopped seeing my Hopkins intern as he just was unwilling to accept chronic Lyme and had ordered a PET scan.  I have had so many scans with injection that I felt the PET scan would do more harm than good.  I have resolved that my LLMD is the only one who's going to get me through this and trust her whole heartedly now.  Who knew doubtful me would be capable of doing so 6 months ago?  I owe you guys everything for talking me through this and guiding me to stick with treatment.  I can't thank you enough!

I saw that when she gave it online. The more "famous" people getting Lyme, the better for us , I hope.
