gastro problems

Hello everyone,

I have a low CD67 and currently waiting on Igenix results to prove what I hope to be is LD or a possible co-infection. Over the last 2 weeks, I have had some upper GI pain that seems to radiate to both sides and sometimes into my back. I have had 2 CT scans and I had an EGD on yesterday. I was told that this was possibly just GERD and that there were some small lesions on my esophagus that could be ulcers. I will start on Aciphex today.

I also have high Epstein Barr titers and I am aware of the link of this to cancer. I am concerned even with the all of the testing that I have had. Does anyone else with lyme have gastro issues?

Any feedback will be greatly appreciated.

Patsy,

No, I have not started on antibiotics as of yet. All I have right now is a low CD57 and still awaiting other results.

Thanks,

Did you recently start on any antibiotics?  You can get GI distress from these.
