lymes and tetanus

Hi everyone. I am 31 and male and have ALWAYS been healthy, never get sick maybe a cold every 5 years or so. Im wondering, (I am 95-98% i have lymes and co-infections of sorts even though i havent yet been tested) however i have a question. I had a dog bite at work and they sent me to the hospital... even though i told the doctor i was fighting some kind of wierd nasty infection, he still injected me with a tetanus shot. (ugh i hate doctors)..I had tetanus shots in the past and it never effected me in the slightest, never even a small symptom of any kind. The next day, OMG THE NEXT DAY! My entire body hurt..... even muscles i didnt know i had were hurting, my head was pounding with every heartbeat, i mean pounding so much i was screaming for it to stop! It takes alot of pain to knock me on my *** but this did it. That night i sweat out about 3 gallons of water my whole bed and comforter was soaked (and I sleep with a fan on and it was cool in my house at is). I lost 5 pounds over night (i have been watching my weight closely). When I got up the next day i was still sore, but was able to move around and the headache had subsided a lttle and all i did was drink water, and i got my 5 pounds back. let me guess... if I have lymes.. (which i didnt even know about at the time of the shot)... then it was a very bad idea to get a tetanus shot?lol Could lymes have made this happen? I think it could have but just wanna be sure.

I've been having some strange reactions to things I don't think I ever would have before I got sick too. I tried reservatrol (japanese knotweed) it was in one of the protocols for healing lyme, and that same night I had convulsions til I slammed 1.5 liters of water, and the room felt like it dropped to 30 degrees, then it slowed down.

Don't know if you've been following any of my posts, but I've donated plasma that was supposed to be used to make tetanus vaccine, back in the 90s. Yet, I've come to the conclusion that I have been carrying mycoplasmas since 1968!  Shows you how well such things are screened.  Why they wish to act like the mycoplasmas don't exist is beyond me.  Another thing you have to consider, all these bacteria are at times at war with each other, fighting for nutrients, space, etc.  A newbie is not welcome in the scheme of things.  I don't care if at some point in the future, they come along and say I'll die if I don't get a certain vaccine.  Nobody is sticking a needle in me ever again, and no government is going to tell me that I have to have it!  In the words of pretty insightful fellow:

"If people let the government decide what foods they eat and what medicines they take, their bodies will soon be in as sorry a state as are the souls of those who live under tyranny."

Interesting -- but sorry I don't know the answer.  Many of us here have reactions to other illnesses and injuries all out of proportion to what we would expect, and that may be what happened to you too.  The immune system is on overload fighting off Lyme, which is a bacterial infection, and can seem to freak out when just ONE more thing gets piled on top of the whole mess.  Getting a tetanus shot when called for (like after a dog bite) is never a bad thing, and the reaction could have been triggered by your immune system having a little hissy fit.
