I would do as mojo suggests. The hassle of getting some antibiotics is definitely worth keeping you from progressing into full-blown Lyme disease. Once the Lyme bacteria burrow in to the quiet places in your body where your immune system does not reach, getting rid of Lyme is a long and sometimes uncertain task.
Seeing a Lyme specialist who understands how to treat you is just as important. You can go online at the ILADS [dot] org website and ask for the names of docs near you. Don't be afraid, but also don't wait. The Lyme bacteria are best killed when the infection is quite new -- otherwise they burrow into hidden places in your body that are difficult for meds to reach. Let us know how you do, or if you need help finding a Lyme specialist.
PS -- it's a good screen name you've got :)
There is a big split in the medical community but I would not want to take the chance of this terrible disease. If you could get an antibiotic, doxycycline and take it for at least a month you should be ok. My ex husband was a golf course superintendent. He was bit often but would get doxy and take it and be ok.
