oh i have had them people too i think if you see my husband you can obiviously tell he's from Mexico and still we have been in stores and there will be guys chatting in Spanish chking me out saying things about my rear end!! i told him he should have told em off!
yea we had that problem a few times with my ex, he was from panama ,but was very dark , he looked black....we would go eat at spanish places or wherever and they would NEVER think he spoke spanish and they would be talking about us in front of us in spanish.....like "oh my look at this guy and girl what losers and whatever"...he would start answering them in spanish and thier faces were PRICELESS!!!....i dont know how many free meals we got after telling the manager that his employees should be talking about people in front of them when they dont know what language they speak!!!.....dumb a$$e$
WOW! I cant believe that lil kid said that!! That is crazy!!
The only problems i have had was with my X he was Puerto Rican so he was lighter than my now husband well everywhere we used to go we NEVER got service! We would go to Dennys or I-Hop and they wouldnt come bk to the table to see what we needed or they would some how pi$$ us off enough we would walk out!! I wont even think about going to either of these places now no way!!
yes i saw the same couple of MTV thats where i got the idea first but i have also seen it on other channels.... it just looks amazing....
its funny i went home yesterday and my neighbors kids were outside (there mom forgot it was a half day of school) they are kindergarden and 3rd grade, so that makes them about 5 and 8 right??....ne ways me and my hubby got home but they came running (i am the landlord i let them run the other half of the duplex) so i called their mom and gave them some snacks and we waited...... the oldest boy asked me when my hubby went inside "who is that man you were with".. i told him "that was my husband"...THEN he said "BUT he is brown and your blonde??".......OMG an 8 year old really said that ??... i would expect that from MAYBE and elder person who grew up in that era when whites and blacks were not supposed to mix.... but not now... and the child was black... i was just im amazement he thought i was totally wrong for us to be together cause of skin color.........wow i thought that was all over with

that museum just amazes me!!!... i see it on tv and i know if i go there i will cry ... i have always dated black men even against my grand parents who were born same year as MLK 1929 and they didnt think it was right.... but thanks to him we are all pretty much brown now!...we can make bi-racial babies and hold hands with whoever we want!!!....
thank you MLK!!!!
I wanna see Disney Land ROFL!! Ok it sounds dumb but c'mon i aint got 5K $$ to hop on a plane over to Orlando!!
Traveling is at the top of my list I wanna see the Pocono's and I wanna go to Japan and to Hawaii!
I like your idea Turkee i have been interested myself in seeing that museum!
I'd love to see the Grand Canyon and Amazon Rain forest, and take pictures though chances of traveling are pretty slim. Especially considering how fast they cut down trees there. There probably won't be a rain forest by the time I can afford to travel there. :(
