PAY IT FORWARD
If you have not seen the movie please rent it it is great. google pay it forward it has started a world wide movement.
we did this for a month i psych class every pay it forward we did we get an extra point.
I am hoping/challenging/pleading with all of you to try it .....its simple try to do one random act of kindness a day it can be little.( let someone in in traffic orput a coin in a parking meter) it can be medium like take a box of clothes to charity. or it can be big like donate your time to volunteer at an animal shelter a senior citizen home ..meals on wheels.
You will find people just shocked that someone did something nice for them try paying for the order of the person behind you and look at the look on their face priceless...Our entire class spent two hours writting thank you notes to the wounded troops at Walter Reed hospital in washington D.C.
Pleas if you do any random acts of kindness post your experience lets plant some seeds.

rent the movie honestly I have never seen a movie that started a world wide wave of kindness,,,,its a really good plot and it makes you just think about being nicer to people,,,,,also do a search on the web on the movie title its GLOBAL people around the world are practicing random acts of kindness because of this movie it is a must see.
I've seen it too. I agree with Lonelymom about the ending... I didn't think it was necessary to end it that way.

Ok I always let people into traffic when I drive or I will move over a let someone go around me if they want to go faster.
I also rescue stray animals all the time and find loving homes for them. I have volunteered at Head Start for a day. They were very surprised to see a parent willing to help. I donate all my kids clothes that they out grow to children at the daycare or to churchs for homeless people.
I have stopped and given rides to people that broke down. As long as it is a woman or man and woman and I am alone. Won't do it with kids in the car.
