28 & Menopause - Moody

I'm 28 going through menopause. I am now on Bioidentical hormones and I want to be happy but I feel so angry - nothing in my life is right! I know that my boyfriend loves me and our two kids but still think he's wanting something else or I'm not good enough for him or maybe he's mad at me or resents me but not sure why. I make myself mad and he walks into it - what can I do........  These are my test results and all meds I'm on.
Test Results:
Testosterone, Serum 52 ng/dL
Progesterone 1.2 ng/mL
Estradiol 44.7 pg/mL
DHEA- Sulfate 195.9 ug/dL
TSH 2.550 uIU/mL
Triiodothyronine, Free, Serum 3.0 pg/mL
T4, Free (Direct) 1.2 ng/dL

Meds
Troche twice a day (days 5-28) BI/PRO/TEST/DHEA 0.5/15/0.3/5 MG TRC# 48
Armour Thyroid 60MG Tablet
Phentermine Tab 37.5 MG

Really need some help - I don't want to go crazy or end up by myself!

Have you ever considered homeopathic help? I have thyroid problems and 10 years ago my thyroid just almost stopped working all together my regular Dr. had raise my Synthroid several times and it wasn't helping so he sent me to a endocrinologist who also raised my Synthroid to where I was on 325 mcg of Synthroid and I was still no well I walk off my career I had been at for 12 years and had planned on retiring from. I decided I had to help myself and I found a acupuncturist that was able to help me I now take .88 mcg Synthroid and some supplements he has gave me and I now own my own business and am doing well I also changed my eating habits to paleo which food has a lot to do with how you feel how your body functions. I have never been able to take any generic thyroid meds like levothyroxine they don't work. I know I'm talking all thyroid but menopause is also hormone issues. I wish you well and it's worth a try because I was the same as you I was angry couldn't think straight and just flat out frustrated and confused and had no idea how to fix it because western medicine wasn't working now I am a firm believer in alternative medicine and western medicine certainly has it's place like for broken bones ect....

I starred a few that may be making you feel not like yourself. Then, you are very lucky to find a dr that is willing to do bioidentical hormones with you. realize they are not an exact science. Your dr should be moniotoring these very closely whenyou 1st start them to amke sure that you and your body tolerate them well. I have been on them for 5 years. They have been tweaked a few times, but I love the way that it stabilized my mood and I did not gain any weight on them. In fact I lost weight. I too am on armour 60 mg, just make sure your dr is thorough in this testing too.. My dr is very specific. All my blood tests are done at 2pm after taking my meds at 8am in the morning and at a particular lab that he chooses. He is very particular about his results. See different labs have different norms, so I have to go to the same place all the time... Go to couples counseling. Having had  ahyst, I now how hard it is to deal with. There are many emotions that go along with it. Praying for you and him... lilangelwolf
