I’ve been using RePhresh every 3 days and I love but and I’ve notice spots of blood after I wipe.  Is this normal? I’m 53 and going thru menopause

Argh.  I just have to go ahead and say this.  You should not be douching. That's outdated to do and actually causes problems. It washes away needed good bacteria and upsets your ph balance. Most women start getting yeast infections of bacterial vaginosis that douche. As to the blood. You say you are going through menopause. Have you had a time period of no bleeding yet? Could be spotting or a period.  But 'probably' it is the applicator touching the vascular portion of your cervix. This can cause spotting.
