Can anyone help me decipher hormone results

Hi, I haven't fel right ever since i had a hysterectomy last year. I kept one ovary. I just had a hormone panel done. Can anyone tell me if it appears off? I would be so grateful! FSH is 11,74, Progesterone is 0,75. Estradiol us 124, LH is 8.02. I'm 31. I've had an hyperactive thyroid since i was 16. they have always just put me on meds or taken me off. Never finding the cause. tsh was 0.49

Ovarian hormone results appear to be in the range of a woman who is still cycling. However, you probably don't have any results from pre-surgery with which to compare. Studies have shown that the ovaries of women who've had hysterectomies generally produce lower levels of ovarian hormones.

Your TSH is near the bottom of most labs' ranges which would indicate hyperthyroidism. Doing labs for free T3 and free T4 may be helpful to see if your thyroid is overactive.
