Dry Shirts??
Can anyone help me get a good, dry nights sleep? I am 49 & in mi cycle menopause. I use RX bio-identical hormones but am still having flashes from hell.This is all a nightmare and I FEEL like a truck has hit me daily. Have had all the same tests for arthritis...all negative but ache all day.There has got to be something out there....

We increased the progesterone & it really helped with mood swings & they KNOW a little more testesterone would almpst STOP the sweats but compound according to my blood hormone panel & are afraid to increase or change anything. They were very specific that perhaps I was rubbing it too far over my arms & said I have got to keep it inside between wrist & elbow & rub,rub,rub.
