I'm going crazy ..maybe

I believe I'm premenopausal. .I'm use to lots of stress but lately some of the emotional feelings are extreme . I get anxiety . I sometimes wonder if my neg thoughts even about my husband are even real ...can hormonal issues really mess up your thought .

He prescribed the depo shot ??? I did go and buy this stuff called maca hoping I will notice a difference .I really don't think I like the depo idea .the stuff I'm thinking and feeling have always been there .but its just all of the sudden in the last 6 months its multiplied almost obsessive ..usally a week before a cycle and a week after doesn't leave much time in a month for normal feelings .grrr I just wish there was a quick fixs ..

Oh yes!!! Especially in premenopausal state. You should talk to your doctor and see if he/she can prescribe something light to help with your anxiety during this time; alot of women seek medication for this purpose.
