been going through menopause 9 years cant take hrt on amitriptyline they have not realy lifted my mood but help me sleep better put on a lot of weight since i have been on them which is making me feel even more depressed is there a good alternative out there to help with the symptoms of menopause just dont seem to be coming to the end of this
