Don't know your age but I've definitely had the sweats as my hormones shift. Ya, NOT fun. I've also been fully though menopause now which for me was SO long . . . I was in menopause for literally 4 plus years. Torture. Night sweats are pretty awful. I slept in layers. And had a fan on me at all times. I use Secret clinical strength, the clear gel. It holds me petty well and then some cornstarch powder (no longer should you ever use talc powder or baby powder). Some women do take hormonal replacement but that doesn't sound an option for you if you are trying to conceive and I just never wanted to. Exercise regularly ,believe it or not helps. Dress in layers and cool wicking fabrics. Keep the air blowing ALL THE TIME.
