bleeding after menopause

I am 49 years old and did not have a period for 17 months.  In Dec I started to bleed I went for a sonogam it said that I have a complex solid lesion with sept.  I was sent for an MRI and it showed that there was fluid in it. We are going to wait and get another sonogram end of Feb.  I did have a blood test and biopsy and both were normal .  I started to bleed again on Jan 29th 2011.  Should I be concered that I am bleeding again and should I let the doctor know?
