Accident when shaving penis.

I shaved my pubes yesterday and I got a cut on the underside of my penis. A little part of a vein came through and now its just hanging out. I'm really scared and I'm only 16 so I can't get to a doctor. Neosporin helped to close the hole where I got cut, but now there is this string 3/10 of a cm long sticking out. What should I do. Is it serious?

id go to the doctor if i were you. where u using a razor? i stoped using a razor after the 2nd time i shaved myself. i use a beard trimmer on the lowest setting works just as good a razor and is safer, faster, and less cuts and irritation/ingrown hairs.

I am 17 and the worst thing that has happened to me while shaving my balls was acciedently cutting myself and jsut beeling for a bit. having a vein sticking out is not good at all. You should tell your dad or something becasue that needs to be checked out.
