Hi S, Look dont play with drugs, its best you see your doctor, and get some clear medical advice.
Good Luck
I understand that you are trying to help and thank you. But like I said I already saw the doctor who gave me an antibiotic that crippled me for 3 weeks, he didn't even know it caused tendon damage. Plus he was of very little help and told me it might be in my head since I had no swelling or other visible signs.
I wouldn't be on here asking people for help if I hadn't gone to a doctor first. A reply like go see a doctor isn't of much help and help is something I need. Again I understand that you have good intentions.
I live in a small european country and health care isn't the best here, especially the free kind, I can't afford private as I have little money to live on.
I'm just asking for some advice from hopefully a doctor on here. This sensation comes and goes. Yesterday I was fine the whole day, right now I feel like a dull pain, where the epidimyitis is located.
I need advice, please help.
Hi S, first I still think doctor first and explain the meds give you problems or not working, but doxy is a 10 day course, so 2as days is going all the way they say you must run the course and that was 10 days for the doxy.
I did a little research, and come up with this, you could try pain killers and anti=inflammatory meds.
Bed rest elovated scrotum, and ice pacts is recomended.
But they say antibiotics is best, ceftriaxone single dose, azithromyein 3 or 5 day pack, and last doxycycline ywice daily for 10 days.
Now is this the kind of info you want.
Good Luck
Thank you for your help and your research.
Of course I too did my own research before going to the doctor and I wouldn't take anything without reading up on it.
I know suspect that the doctor was wrong and that I don't have Epididymitis.
