Groin pain that I can feel in the sold of feet and back of legs.

I have recently been experiencing groin pain, which I have also had at times before, most of all at this time last year. It is low on the groin, more towards the bottom of the buttock, sometimes I can feel it in the buttocks too.

What stands out most is that it goes down to the foot and also the back of my leg. This is mainly in the right but also on the left.

It is probably worse if I sit in certain positions, and tends to be more apparent at the end of the day (I always walk at least 10,000 steps).

What could it be? What type of doctor would it be best to see?
