Blood came out of penis.

Today I urinated and blood came out of, well, you know what (and to be more clear, i'm a guy). It was a very small amount and it wouldn't come out unless urine came out as well, but I could feel and see it. After the 2 seconds of shock, i looked at my (you know what), and a little bit of bleeding at the tip. So I went to the doctor, he asked me to give him a urine sample, I drank tons of water to help me do it. I urinated twice and no blood each time, so I just gave him what I could. He said he saw no blood. He however did say that he noticed that the urine was unnaturally concentrated, which MAY mean I have hepatitis. Anyways, i figured the blood thing might have been a one time thing, i was wrong. I just went to go urinate and i could feel the sting and see the blood.

I dunno if this is part of it, but sometimes I will feel a slight bit of pain on my right kidney. Also, I bled a bit after deeding once before the first urine blood incident. However, i didn't deed at all before the second urine blood incident.

Another factor may be that I'm at the end of a really bad fever, yesterday I vomited 4 times (needless to say that that was very painful).

Ok, can any of you help me by giving me any info on what I may have and what my next step should be?
