Hypogonadism and Osteoporosis

Hi,

I am 28 year old male. I had recurrent neck pains for a long time. On doing medical examination I was diagnosed with Osteoporosis in Spine and Osteopenia in whole body which are causing me a lot of pain and suffering. The reason behind this is hypogonadism.

Let me give a brief background about me. As a child I was totally ignorant of sexuality (i.e lack of sexual education). So I used to lie on the floor and stimulate my genitals by directly rubbing them on the floor in prone position. I did not learn this behaviour from anyone and this behaviour happened naturally to me from the young age of 4 onwards and continued till 14 by which all damage was done. This incorrect method of masturbating has affected my testes due to direct pressure in between ground/penis. My testes are of normal size by my left scrotum is very loose and it is out of normal position (i.e hangs loosely with a different angle). Due to this damage I am not producing sufficient testosterone hormone resulting in hypogonadism. This has resulted in the following issues:

1. Less body hair
2. Very less moustache and beard (equivalent to a 18 years male)
3. Poor muscle tone (hardly any muscles)
4. Brittle bones (osteoporosis)

I live in India and I have been avoiding any medical treatment for last 3 years due to fear of improper treatment etc which might result in my loosing my left over manhood. Also I am scared of other risks like loosing my job etc if my disease is known. I am totally scared as to what to do. Could you please guide me? Is there any hope for me?

Thanks!! in advance for your kind help. May God bless you.

Valiant
