Masturbation and damage
Hi
I'm young man in 19, i began masturbating in early age of 14 , that's mean a 5 years , this experience left me a damage wish is a small wound under tip of penis ,it seems like a skin erosion because of hand's friction in masturbating ,these wounds cose to me premature ejaculation,and consern myself. i'm remittent to visit a doctor , should i take a medicine ? do something ? i'm waiting your answers.

To me it sounds like you might have torn the frenulum of the penis. This is the short band of skin that is attatched to the foreskin where it meets the meatus (opening of the glans). During extensive movement of the foreskin this band may rip if it is short or tight. Most of the time this will heal with rest, however if it remains a problem you might want to have a doctor cut it. It can be done in a doctor's office with a local freezing. I cut my own a bit as a child, There were no negative results but I would not recommend doing so.
In my case it was tight enough that the glans would point down in a 90 degree angle if I retracted the foreskin completely.

How long since you stop masturbation? When I say no masturbation, I mean don't touch your penis at all unless you have to pee or wash yourself. You need to go at least 30 days doing this. Only let a female touch your penis and eventually your penis would love a touch from a female. Did you get the A&D ointment yet?
Thanks for replie , i'll put to test what did you say, i indicate that i already used ointment ,but it doesn't work .
also, use A&D ointment for the sore on your penis. you can buy it a pharmaceutical store and its near the baby products. apply to your penis for at least a week.
refrain from masturbation. I don't masturbate but used to. I now have a more healthy looking penis, better erections, more sensitive to sex, no discomfort in the testicles, and never any bruises on the penis UNLESS from vaginal penetration.
