Mens testicle spasm

I'm a 27 year old male in good health. Today I started getting this sharp and instant spasm underneath my right testicle. Today I noticed this while sitting at work. This spasm starts underneath my testicle and runs towards my inner thigh on the right side. There are no bumps or anything like that. I only get these spasm when I'm sitting down. Today is the only day that I've felt this. Do you guys have and ideas or advice? I would very much appreciate your assistance. Am I being paranoid?
