Odd feeling in scrotum.

I recently have had a large lump form on my groin on the testicular side, where this has been rubbed due to walking a lot. I recently woke up with blood coming out of this, and it healed very soon. Now all that is left is a small purple blotch. I visited my doctor and he assured me I was fine, as its normal in the weather in Florida to get things like that. There was no itching, burning, or anything. Just the lump that bursted open purely with blood. No pus. However, every time I sit down I get an odd cold wet feeling in my groin, as I feel circulation is being cut off. This can also be called a tingle, yet feels more like a vibration. My legs experienced this earlier and I'm afraid. When the cold feeling occurs, my scrotum shrivels up into my body, and this happens every time I lie down. I'm not sure if this is due to me wearing tight pants & shorts (as I do often) but when I lie or sit down this occurs. After a hot bath, however, I am completely fine. I'm 17 years old and very worried as I have a lot of my life to look forward to and there's not a lot of info on the Internet. Might I mention it is getting colder out, and it is cold in my room. But I do not feel very warm down there under blankets. This is only fixed by a hot bath, and/or lying to the side where they can heat up.
