My penis is having discharge, red spots, tickling

Hello,

3 1/2 months ago I had protected sex with two different women. 2 weeks later I began having unprotected sex with my now current girlfriend. We had unprotected oral, anal, and vaginal sex. We were having sex about 10 times per week. About 3 weeks into our sexual relationship, I started seeing these very small red bumps (unraised, about the size of the tip of a ballpoint pen) under the head of my penis mostly, and some on the shaft of my penis. These spots did not hurt at all. It was not causing any irritation at all. However, I was experiencing some slight discomfort throughout my entire urethra. It felt the same exact way that it feels when your nose is bieng tickled by a feather, but instead it was inside my penis. It felt like my butthole was itching too. I immediately visited my family doctor and she diagnosed it as a yeast infection. She gave me some topical cream and also did chlamydia, gonorrhea, and trichomoniasis testing. After using the cream for about 5 days, the bumps went away as well as the tickling sensation. Meanwhile, all 3 of my tests came back negative. I thought everything had been resolved. During this period my girlfriend and I were not having any sex. We were both in our separate hometowns for christmas break.

I saw her 8 days after being treated. We started having sex again, this time protected. We had sex about 4 times that day. Before we went to bed that night my penis started having that tickly sensation in my urethra again. Fortunately the bumps had not returned. Because the sex was protected, we began thinking it could be from the condoms we were using. I may have had an allergic reaction to them.

We were not sure what the cause of this problem was thus far. I was sure that the bumps were from a yeast infection, but the tickly urethra was not resolved. It especially tickled after ejaculating. The only way to scratch the tickliness was to rub my penis between my fingers. However, it tickled basically all the way up inside of me to parts that I could not physically reach.

Two weeks into going back to school, we had planned to both go get tested. She was tested for chlamydia and gonorrhea both of which came back negative. The doctor told her she did not have a yeast infection (she asked). Meanwhile, I started having a sperm-like discharge coming out of my penis. The tickling was coming and going, and the red spots were as well. I immediately thought that I had chlamydia, so I went to get checked again. I told this new doctor all of my symptoms, and she immediately took a look and diagnosed it as chlamydia. She prescribed a zpack to get rid of it. She also did the tests. I took the zpack, and the discharge dissappeared within 48 hours. I received all of the tests back, including trich. again, and they all came back negative again. I was so confused at this point.

Since then, I still get the slight red bumps every once in a while. I eventually maintained that it was from having excessive sex. The tickling almost never occurred.

One week ago, after my girlfriend and I had protected sex, I started having the tickling sensation again. No red spots had showed up. We haven't had sex since. I tried to pacify the tickle by rubbing my penis between my fingers. About 3 days later, the tip of my penis was inflamed and a little bit irritated. It started burning slightly when I peed. Yesterday afternoon, my meatus became more inflamed and red. I masturbated later in that afternoon. I've peed 5-7 in the last 16 hours since masturbating. I woke up this morning with the same discharge I was having almost two months  ago. It's leaving white spots in my underwear.

I am becoming so frustrated as neither of my physicians have been able to accurately diagnose any of my multiple symptoms. They seem to come and go and may not be related at all. I'm not exactly sure anymore. I am seeing a urologist in 4 days to see if this could be some sort of urinary tract infection causing this to happen. I have also considered that this leaking is smegma?

Please only respond to this forum to help me diagnosis this problem. It is hard for users to sift through other's responses that are asking questions in the comment section. I will post a comment below once my symptoms are resolved and it is properly diagnosed, so people with similar issues can have some guidance in resolving their problems.
