Orgasmic Sensations Only On One Side

Many years ago I came down with epididymitis in my left testicle. I was prescribed Bactrim, and the infection went away.

I only recently noticed that prior to, and when I reach orgasm the warm tingling sensations in my groin area are felt only on my right side. Though the sensation on the right is pleasureable, there are no such sensations on my left side. (My ejaculation appears to be normal.)

Is this due to the infection, and is there anything that can be done about it?
