Penis tear

Okay so I have a slight tear or sort of hole type thing right next to the hole of my penis.  It's on the skin right around the hole and it has never bled or felt irritated.  It is very tiny.  Should I be concerned and is there a way to get it closed up because it has not gone away.

Hi Dubs, just kep it clean, with a sea salt wash a couple of times a day, this will help clean and heal it, just do this tell it goes.
Do not masturbate or have sex till it's gone.
