Reddish colored pubes.

Hi im 14 and i noticed that there were a group of red pubic hairs under my scrotum and i pinched them from the base of my pubic hairs and pulled up to feel them and they felt kinda rough and it felt like something was possibly dried up on it and to put it simple it basicly felt and looked like dried up pubes. and incase you need further info i do sleep naked every night for a year now and i just noticed this problem, and i also found a group of them on the side of my scrotum and underneath my penis where that stripe looking thing is. its not a lot of the pubes that are like that but i just noticed them. I was wondering if anyone could help me with this and give me suggestions on what i should do or what it might be. thanks

It's normal for the pubic hair on your scrotum to be rougher in feel than the rest of your pubic hair. If they're redish in color I assume that you also have redish hair elsewhere on your body. It won't be exactly the same color. I've seen plenty of guys with blonde head hair and red pubic hair. You sound perfectly normal, dude.
