Testicular Pain

Hi, my name is Carmine. I am a 22 year old male. I am really hoping for some help or advice. About 4 months ago I noticed a dull aching pain in my left testicle. I went to see my genral practioner and he said it was probally epididymitis and put me on cipro for 10 days. The pain did not go away. He then put me on bactrum and the pain did not go away. At this point I went to a urologist and he put me on azithromycin and the pain still did not go away. I am very concerned. I had to quit my job because the pain became so intrusive. The pain travels between both testicles. One day the left will hurt, one day the right will hurt. But they never hurt at the same time. It is a dull, aching heavy pain. Also when I jog, the testicle in pain will become red and painful. Also, the testicles seem to be in an odd position inside the scrotum. Instead of being side by side somtimes they will be front to back. This can be rectified by physically pushing it into the correct position. The testicle in pain seems to protrude from the scrotum. Somtimes it hurts when I walk. I have also noticed a tugging sensation in the affected testicle upon ejaculation. Also, the groin area on the affected side is painful to. Somtimes the pain will even radiate down my leg. I am really getting desperate. Does anyone else have similar symptoms? Any feedback would be greatly appreciated. I have the same symptoms. Just saw my doc today and he gave me antibiotics too. I am not impressed with the diagnosis because it doesn't make a lot of sense to me. Did you ever get to the bottom of it?
